ORDER

Finding the petition to be in order, the Court sets the hearing to October 7, 2011 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning for adoption of minor MARIA ANTONETTE M. PEREZ, at which date, time and place, any interested person may appear and show cause why said petition should not be granted.

Let copy of this order be published at the expense of the petitioner at least once a week for Three (3) consecutive weeks in a duly accredited newspaper of general circulation in the province of Pangasinan.

The Court Social Worker is hereby directed to conduct a Social Case Study and to file her report before said date.

Let copies of this order and the petition, together with annexes thereto, be furnished the Solicitor General.
