NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon extrajudicial petition for sale under Act 3135 as amended, filed on August 11, 2011 by HDMF (Pag-Ibig Fund) against Lea F. Solano of 49 Arzadon Compound, Mayombo Dist., Dagupan City to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which as of June 27, 2011 amounts to SIX HUNDRED NINETY TWO THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR PESOS AND 18/100 (P692,324.18) inclusive of interest and penalty charges, attorneys fees equivalent to 10% of the total amount of indebtedness and expenses incidental to the public auction sale, the undersigned Sheriff IV will sell at public auction on October 5, 2011 between 9:00 o’clock in the morning and 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon, in front of the City Hall Bldg. (main entrance), Dagupan City to the highest bidder, for cash and in Philippine currency, the below-described property, with all existing improvements thereon, to wit:

“A parcel of residential land (Lot 1, blk 1, Psd-1-006818, being a portion of Lot 826 Cad. 217, Dag. Cad. L.R.C. Rec. No.) situated in the City of Dagupan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the E. along line 1-2 by Lot 2, blk. 1 of the subd. plan; on the SE., along line 2-3 by lot 834, DAG. Cad.; on the SW, along line 3-4 by lot 835, along line 4-5 by lot 825, both of Dag. Cad., on the N. along line 5-1 by road lot 1 of the subd. plan. Containing an area of ONE HUNDRED TEN SQUARE METERS (110)…….. Date of original survey Feb. 18, 1925 – Dec. 24, 1926, Date of subdivision survey on October 26-27, 1982 and approved on December 28, 1982.

The bidding will done thru sealed bids and the property will be awarded to the best and highest bidder who shall pay his bid in cash or managers check in Philippine Currency within five (5) days from notice.

“All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above-stated time and date.”

In the event that the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on October 12, 2011.

Prospective buyers may investigate for themselves the Title/Tax Declaration/s of the property/properties above-described and the encumbrances thereon, if any there be.
