MORE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT–Governor Amado Espino, Jr. (left) turns over the certificate of deed of donation of a set of medical equipment to Mabini Mayor Carlitos Reyes (right) during the turnover ceremony held September 19 at the Capitol Plaza. Mabini is one of eight towns set to receive medical and surgical equipment donated by the Department of Health. Six units of ambulance were also recently donated by the European Commission to the provincial government for distribution to the Pangasinan Provincial Hospital and five district hospitals owned by the provincial government. Joining the Governor in the turnover rites are Vice Gov.
