Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late VALENTIN F. HORTALEZA, who died on November 29, 2008, Dagupan City, Pangasinan, consisting of a Savings Account Deposit with the Bank of Philippine National Bank, Dagupan City, under Account No.164798800019 with a balance of PHP 1,951,758.03 as of August 18, 2011, is the subject of quitclaim and waiver of shares/rights in favor of CLAIRE P. MACARAEG.
