DEED OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT WITH QUITCLAIM AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS
Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SPOUSES FRANCISCO J. DE VERA AND ROSITA Q. DE VERA, who died on October 26, 1969 and March 8, 1995 at San Pangan, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at San Fabian, Pangasinan, containing an area of 791 sq. meters, more or less and covered by OCT No. 15804, is the subject of extra-judicial settlement with quitclaim and waiver of rights in favor of TEODORA DE VERA-MENDOZA.
