SAN CARLOS CITY–The First Ladies League, Inc. of this city spearheaded a bloodletting on September 6 in coordination with the City Health Office and the Philippine Red Cross.

The league, headed by Suzanne Resuello, wife of Mayor Julier Resuello, is composed of spouses of city councilors and barangay chairmen.

The group’s other officers are: Gemma Banaag, vice president; Cristita Dale, secretary; Belinda Aquino, asst. secretary; Celedonia Cayabyab, treasurer; Marciana Malicdem, asst. treasurer; Maria Resuello and Angela Sapera, PROs; Evelyn Dulay and Luzviminda Vila, business managers. (CIO)
