“LUYAG KO TAN YAMAN KO”–Governor Amado Espino Jr. signs Provincial Ordinance No. 154 adopting “Luyag ko tan Yaman” as the official hymn of Pangasinan during the formal opening of the Tourism Month Celebration on September 12. Under the ordinance, all national and local government offices and public and private schools in the province, including component cities, are required to sing the hymn every Monday during the flag raising ceremony.
