ORDER

Before this Court is a petition for correction of entry in the birth certificate of Kimberly Briones Gravillo, filed thru counsel, praying for the following correction.

SEX: From: MALE to: FEMALE

Finding the petition to be sufficient in from and substance, the same is set for hearing on SEPTEMBER 5, 2011 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning before the sala of this Court, at which date, time and place, any interested person may appear and show cause, if any, why this petition should not be granted.

Let this ORDER be published in SUNDAY PUNCH once a week for three consecutive weeks at the expense of the petitioner.

Furnish copies of this Order together with the petition and its annexes, to the Local Civil Registrar of Asingan, Pangasinan; the Hon. Solicitor General at 134 Amorsolo St., Legaspi Village, Makati City; National Statistics Office, Manila; the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan; and the petitioner thru counsel, for their information and guidance.

SO ORDERED.
