Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SPOUSES FELIX URSUA and ANA SORIANO, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Poblacion, Basista, Pangasinan containing an area of 3,002 sq. meters, more or less, covered by T.C.T. No. 114887 is the subject of extra-judicial partition by and among the heirs.
