Elocution tilt set Aug. 26
THE Alfonso Lee Sin Memorial Lodge No 158of Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines, in cooperation with the City Division Schools under the Department of Education, will conduct an elocution contest on August 26 at the DepEd Teachers Hall in Dagupan City.
A common piece entitled “Pagpupugay sa Watawat ng Pilipinas” will be used for the tilt and it is open to all high school students of the twenty-six private and public secondary schools in Dagupan City.
Cash prizes and plaques of achievement await the winners with the first, second and third top placers getting P 5,000,P4,000 and P3,000, respectively, while other finalists will receive a consolation cash prize of P500 each.
