Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late FELIPE R. GONZALES and BERNARDINA CEREZO, consisting of a Savings Bank Deposit at Philippine National Bank, Lingayen Branch, under Savings Account No. 1672785400000013 and real property consisting of a House and Lot and Coconut land located at Barangay Buenlag, Binmaley, Pangasinan particularly described as Lot 273 one under coconut classification and the other being a residential containing an area of 1276 sq. meters each or a total of 2552 sq. meters, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement by and among the heirs.
