Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late GIL UNGOS, consisting of a parcel of Unirrigated riceland situated at Amansabina, Mangaldan, Pangasinan, containing an area of 2900 sq. meters, declared under Tax Decl. No. 003-00473 is the subject of extrajudicial partition with sale in favor of MARK STEPHEN V. MEJIA and MOIRA SHANINE V. MEJIA.
