ARTIST PAR EXCELLENCE–Claireyenne Malanyanaon joins House Speaker Sonny Belmonte after the House of Representatives gave her special recognition for her artistic works and support to Saranggani Rep. Mannny Pacquiao as his art chronicler. Malanyanaon is currently working on Belmonte’s mural. At the foreground is her painting of Paquiao.
