Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late FRANCISCO PRANGAN, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Barangay Pugaro, Manaoag, Pangasinan, containing an area of 3,137 sq. meters, more or less, declared under Tax Decl. No. 21898, and covered by TCT No. 17257, is the subject of affidavit of self-adjudication of ownership in favor of FELICIANA L. BARROZO.
