TRAINING FOR DISASTER REDUCTION–As part of the observance of the National Disaster Consciousness Month, the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council conducts a four-day capability building and enhancement training on disaster risk reduction and management for members of municipal disaster risk reduction and management councils in the flood-prone towns of Labrador, Bugallon, Aguilar, Lingayen, Mangaldan, Calasiao, Sta.
