Finding the petition to be in order, the Court sets the hearing to September 16, 2011 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning for adoption of minor Katrina Soberano Am-brosio at which date, time and place, any interested person may appear and show cause, if any, why said petition should not be granted.

Let a copy of this order be published at the expense of the petitioner at least once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a duly accredited newspaper of general circulation in the province of Pangasinan.

The Court Social Workers is hereby directed to conduct a Social Case Study and to file her report before said date.

Let copies of this order and the petition, together with annexes thereto, be furnished the Solicitor General.
