BLOOD FOR OTHERS–Barangay officials from the various municipalities and cities in Pangasinan take part in the bloodletting held on July 28 at the Pangasinan Development and Training Center in Lingayen. The activity, dubbed as “One Blood, One Barangay, One Pangasinan”, a project of the Liga ng mga Barangay-Pangasinan chapter and the provincial government in collaboration with the Red Cross Pangasinan chapter, will be held twice a year.
