RECALL PETITION IN BANI–Mayor Marcelo Navarro Jr. (left) accompanies Barangay Chairman Marcelo Tugas of Garrita, Bani when the latter presented his petition for recall signed by more than 7,000 registered voters against the vice mayor and four council officials before the Municipal Election Office. The petition was not officially filed because the town election officer was not at the Commission on Election office to receive it. A clerk (right) was made to receive it instead. (Punchphoto)
