TRICYCLE driver Reggie Domantay Royon of Dagupan City was honored and presented with a reward during the regular flag raising ceremony at the Dagupan City plaza last Monday for his honesty.

Royon turned over a wallet of a passenger containing P14,000 that was inadvertently left inside his tricycle on May 19 to the Public Order and Safety Office.

Royon turned over the wallet left by a certain Edwin Ubando of Barangay Lucao to a traffic enforcer who later handed it over to his superior, Robert Erfe-Mejia.

Mejia said Royon’s wife, Vanessa, did a similar act of honesty in the past. (CIO)
