PAV PROJECTS–Engr. Alex Tan Paragas, a native of Dagupan City, has been re-elected president of the Pangasinan Association of Virginia (PAV). On the occasion of its 33rd Induction Ball, the PAV is co-sponsoring a dinner-dance fund-raising event for the Operation Smile Medical Mission in Pozorobio and Urdaneta. Registration for the medical mission, which will benefit individuals with cleft-lip and palate deformities, is May 25 and the surgery will start on May 26 until the 28th at the Don Amadeo Perez Hospital in Urdaneta. PAV also supports a deserving seminarian at the St. Joseph College Seminary in Alaminos City.
