ARTISTS EXHIBIT
ARTISTS EXHIBIT–Dagupan Mayor Benjamin Lim and Karen Ocampo-Flores of the Cultural Center of the Philippines, do the honors to officially open the art exhibit of the Dagupan Artist’s Circle’s SIRKO, a special event of the Bangus Festival at the Nepo Mall last April 16, to the public. They are joined by City Tourism chief Rose Teng- Mejia (left) and City Cultural Heritage Director Nora Guadiz-Siapno (center).
