Tour veteran Ruel Gendrano of Cebu came in a distant second worth P3,000 while Mangaldanon dusky cyclist Salvador Torralba emerged as the best bet for Pangasinan by landing third pocketing P2,000. The top three finishers also received trophy apiece.
