SM holds fire and earthquake drills
SM CITY Rosales conducted a fire and earthquake drill for its employees and tenants last week as part of the nationwide observance of Fire Protection Month.
The drill was held together with the local police, Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Rosales Municipal Disaster and Coordinating Council, and the Balungao Bureau of Fire Protection, Marcelo H. Chan Memorial Hospital Emergency Team and Rosales Health Unit Emergency Team at SM City Rosales.
SM City Rosales also has an Emergency Response Group (ERG), which is made up of teams with various skills including fire fighting, rescue and evacuation, engineering, security and control, communications, and medical or first aid.
The SM chain of malls around the country maintains a program to ensure responsiveness and the ability to deal with certain calamities in all its branches.
