HEALTH CARE–Councilor Jesus Canto, chair of the committee on health and sanitation of the Dagupan City council, leads the Kalusugan ng Barangay program, a medical mission that gives special attention to mothers and their babies, during its launching in Barangay Pugaro on March 15. The project is co-sponsored by the Rotary Club of Metro Dagupan.
