THE intensified city’s campaign against drug dealers and users resulted recently in the arrest of three users at a local inn in Dagupan City.

The three were arrested after a policeman, posed as a room service waiter who delivered the suspects’ ordered food, caught the three with drug paraphernalia.

Seized from the suspects were several aluminum foil strips, one piece of improvised totter, one roll of aluminum foil, three pieces of lighter, one piece of scissors and one piece of heat-sealed sachet containing suspected shabu weighing more or less one gram.
