THE Sangguniang Kabataan and the Barangay Council of Buenlag in Mangaldan, with assistance from Servier, Philippines, Inc., will host a one-day medical mission on April 9 at the barangay elementary school’s covered court.

SK chairperson Raiza Garcia and Servier medical representative Gil Soria said 100 adult beneficiaries from the barangay have been pre-selected to undergo free diagnostic tests that include electro-cardiogram (ECG), fasting blood sugar (FBS), blood-typing, check-up and consultation.

Ten medical doctors and volunteers from the Philippine Red Cross and Alpha Phi Omega, Iota Zeta Chapter will participate in the whole-day community service.–Philamer C. Celi
