UPDATE ON FISH PENS–Dagupan City Mayor Benjamin Lim gives members of the local media a river cruise tour as his on-site update on his program rehabilitating the rivers in the city by removing fish pens. Eighty five per cent of fish pens identified for demolition have reportedly been removed.
