BINMALEY’S CLEAN RIVER–People from Binmaley now enjoy the results of the intensive river clean-up drive initiated by Gov. Amado T. Espino, Jr. as the river traversing Brgy. Naguilayan to Poblacion in Binmaley not only thrives with bigger and more fish species but is now a tourist attraction and venue for fluvial parade for the town’s Sigay Festival.
