Urdaneta’s Pamaskong Handog host families

SOME 4,000 indigent families in Urdaneta received bags of goods as the city held its annual Pamaskong Handog program last week.

The program was funded by the city government with help from several non-government organizations, other groups, and the Department of Education.

This year’s major sponsors were Rep. Kimi S. Cojuangco, Urdaneta City Filipino-Chinese Community, CSI, 168, ADDESSA, Magic Mall, and PANELCO.

Mayor Amadeo Perez IV led the distribution of gifts, including rice and used clothes, to the families who were chosen from all the 34 barangays in the city. –Desiree Sanchez
