PAVA VP–Atty. Napoleon Arenas Jr. takes his oath of office as vice-president for Luzon of the Philippine Association on Voluntary Arbitration (PAVA) before Undersecretary of Labor Hans Cacdac. A native of Dagupan, Arenas is also the president of the Federation of Arbitrators in Region I.
