ENGINEER Ricardo Balderas was elected as the new president of the Pangasinan Gamecock Breeders Association in a reorganization meeting held in Calasiao last week.

The other officers are: Captain Joy Ramos, 1st vice president; Benjamin “Jun” Oculto Jr., 2nd vice president; SPO4 George Reyes, secretary; D. “Boy” Rayos, treasurer; Engr.Brizel Obay, auditor; Stephen Clarence Reyes, PRO; board of trustees: Rayos, Stephen Reyes, Barangay Captain George Galvan, Joy Ramos, Obay, Balderas, Oculto, George Reyes, Loreto Mortera Jr., and Mario Dizon.

The board of directors is composed of Roberto Peralta, Jesus Castro, Gerry Paragas, Michael Gacatchian, Efren Reyes and George Bandong while Boy Diaz serves as association adviser.
