EQUIPMENT FOR ILLEGAL USE–Two dump trucks and an 18-wheeler truck, including a back hoe being used by 888 Dagupan Properties Inc. are briefly impounded by the Dagupan police. The equipment and operators were released without any case filed against the company and the arrested workers.
