BOAT OR KOLLO-ONG?–A bulky piece of an old wood, waiting to be determined whether it is a boat or a rice-pounding implement known as kollo-ong, was retrieved from the bottom of the Lagasit River in Casanicolasan, Rosales where it was believed to have been buried for centuries and is now the subject of curiosity by town folk in front of the municipal hall. 
Viewing the relic are Mayor Ricardo Revita, Philippine Star Correspondent Eva Visperas and Mrs. Elvira Flores.
