Traffic flow plan for Nov. 1
TO ensure smooth flow of traffic on All Saints’ Day, a number of streets have been limited to one-way traffic while usual routes for passenger buses and jeepneys will be rerouted for the day.
One-way traffic will be observed from Burgos Street corner West Central Elementary School up to the entrance and exit portion of the Eternal Gardens Memorial Park (east and west direction) while a single column vehicle parking is allowed along A.B. Fernandez West Poblacion Oeste.
Two-way vehicle traffic is allowed from the entrance and exit portion connecting the Lucao-Pantal-diversion road towards the east direction up to the entrance and exit gate portion of the Eternal Gardens Memorial Park only and vice-versa.
One-way traffic from north to south direction of Careenan Street will be observed and strictly “no parking” will be imposed on both sides of the road for all types of vehicles.
All west and south bound passenger buses and jeepneys particularly the CSI-Lucao, Lingayen-Sual- Dagupan route shall turn left at Zamora Street exiting Perez Boulevard towards Tapuac-Lucao National Highway from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
All east, north and south bound passenger jeepneys from A.B. Fernandez Avenue particularly the Salisay, Bolosan, Tambac, downtown and Bonuan, San Carlos, Malasiqui, Sta. Barbara, Calasiao and Urdaneta shall turn left at Galvan Street exiting at Perez Boulevard towards east and or south direction from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Bonifacio Street will be closed to all types of vehicles from west to east and vice-versa. The whole stretch of the street will be for pedestrians use only. The poolside will be designated as “parking area.”
Burgos Street will be one-way from corner A.B. Fernandez Avenue up to corner Rivera Street while the east and west side portions of Burgos Street will be used as parking area.
Strictly no parking will be observed on both sides of Rivera Street.
Zamora Street will be a one-way traffic from corner A. B. Fernandez Avenue to corner Perez Boulevard (north to south direction). Parking area will be allowed along Zamora Street eastside portion only.
The Ayusip road in Bonuan Boquig will be a one-way traffic from Snow White up to Bonuan Cemetery from south to north direction. The southside and northside portion of the Lucao-Pantal-Dawel diversion highway adjacent to the Eternal Gardens Memorial park shall be utilized as additional single column parking area.
