MOST EXPENSIVE FISHBulidaw, one of two most expensive fish in the country which is indigenous to Ilocos Sur, is set to be cultured at the National Integrated Fisheries Technology Development Center in Dagupan City for possible introduction in the fish farms of Dagupan and other parts of Pangasinan.
