REGIONAL COOPERATION–Governor Amado Espino Jr. (seated) exchanges views with Ilocos Sur Gov. Luis Chavit Singson (center) and National Economic and Development Authority Regional Director Leonardo Quitos Jr. during a meeting of the Regional Development Council (RDC) Ilocos-Pangasinan Region in Bauang, La Union on August 26.  Among the projects discussed and expected to fuel the economy in the region are the Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Toll Expressway, Agno River Flood Control Project, Sual Seaport, and the Rice Processing Plant in Sta. Barbara.
