A SUSTAINABILITY Planning Workshop (SPW) Training of Trainers was conducted last week in Baguio City as part of the iSchool Project’s continuing the efforts to help public high school teachers become confident in using ICT in education.

Monitoring and Evaluation team leader Leila Grace Ramos said that one objective to “gather the support of not only the students, teachers and school administration but more importantly of the school community in maintaining the operations of the laboratories given to them.”

Project managers and SPW trainers from 37 partners State Universities and Colleges (SUC) will undergo refresher courses on the methods and principles of laboratory sustainability. After the training, the trainers will in turn teach these concepts to the 320 public high school communities serviced by the iSchools Project.
