PHOTOGRAPHY SEMINAR–Willie Lomibao, one of The PUNCH’s contributing photographers, joins Dennis Sabangan, European Pressphoto Agency (EPA)’s Manila Bureau Chief Photographer after the Sports and Press Photography Seminar conducted by the latter last August 7. Sabangan is the only Filipino to be included in Time Magazine’s 100 Best Images in 2009 and the only Filipino to cover the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa.
