MOST VALUABLE SWIMMER–Helena Teope, a grade 6 student of Olongapo City Elementary School, in winning form at the Girls 50 meter breaststroke where she won the gold during the MILO Little Olympics held July 31 to August 1, 2010 at the Dagupan City Poolside.
