MANAY GINA’S NEW ROLE—4th District Rep. Gerogina “Manay Gina” de Venecia, Assistant Majority Floor Leader, speaks during a plenary session of the House of Representatives to call attention to needed priorities in Congress.  Her new task includes crafting an agenda to rally support for the Administration’s priority legislations. De Venecia is also vice chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Committee on Social Services.
