Surgical mission set at PPH
A FREE surgical mission for persons with cleft lip and cleft palate will be conducted at the Pangasinan Provincial Hospital (PPH) in Bolingit, San Carlos City on July 9 to 10.
Dr. Ferdinand Totaan, provincial health officer, said the Band of Mercy, a group of doctors and nurses from Manila will conduct the surgical operations.
The screening will be held July 1 to 8 at the Outpatient Surgery Department of the PPH on a first-come-first-serve basis. Totaan said the surgical mission accommodate 50 qualified patients.
