DEFIANT–The filling of gravel on a controversial reclamation site at the Calmay River beside the Jose R. de Venecia Expressway Extension is resumed by the 888 Properties Corp. at a frenetic pace despite a cease and desist order issued by the Environmental Management Bureau of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources in 2008.
