VM BELEN IN CARSON CITY–Vice Mayor Belen Fernandez receives a certificate of recognition from Elito Santarina, Mayor Pro-Tempore of the Carson City Council, when she addressed the Council June 24 at the invitation of Santarina. Earlier, Fernandez also delivered a speech to the Greater Dagupan City Association of California headed by Milagros Maramba during their 20th Induction Ball on June19 in San Diego, coinciding with the celebration of ‘Agew na Dagupan’.
