Capitol wows Davao barangay officials
LINGAYEN–The provincial capitol complex here continues to wow visitors, the latest of whom was a Lakbay-Aral team of barangay officials from Davao city who came last week.
Members of the barangay council of Talomo, Davao City headed by Barangay Captain Alex Vidal said the beauty and grandeur of the capitol “is a real work of art”.
“The tour gave us a lot of insights,” said lady Kagawad Rizza Blanco citing how they were briefed on the various office practices of the province.
