ANOTHER ASSIGNMENT–Barely two months after Gov. Amado Espino signed the Pangasinan Founding Day into law (above) based on the recommendation of the special committee headed by Dr. Gonzalo Duque, the Governor again appointed Duque to head another new special committee, this time to lead the research and documentation of Pangasinan’s history.
