Parish holds hairdressing workshop
A free training course on hairdressing organized by the San Fabian Parish Social Action Apostolate Church for parishioners was recently concluded.
The 10-session seminar-workshop, conducted by Marcel Jon C. Mendoza, a prominent hairdresser & instructor, and sponsored by Vibrante Training Center, is accredited by TESDA.
The participants had a hands-on training on the fundamentals of hairdressing, haircutting, coloring, rebonding and styling under the close supervision of Mendoza.
The 25 participants were also taught elements of manicure, pedicure and footspa.
“Theory combined with practical application and practice ensures that all students have the necessary skills to be the BEST in their chosen profession,” Mendoza said.
Vibrante Training Center (http://marceljonmendoza.wordpress.com) is a TESDA accredited training institution led by Mendoza, with experience in the training of hair and beauty professionals.
Many of its graduates were successful in their new careers as professional hairdressers or business owners here and abroad.
