SUBMIT a photo essay about why you love your city or Pangasinan and the SM City Rosales mall and get a chance to win P5,000 worth of SM Gift Cards or one of six Sony Ericsson phones.

It could be about local attractions, festivals, history, culture, or hometown lifestyle.

Entries may be submitted through e-mail pstar_smmycity@yahoo.com or sent to The Lifestyle Section, The Philippine Star, R. Oca, Jr. and Railroad Streets, Port Area, Manila.

There will also be a Special Category for photo essays using a camera phone, and the winner will be awarded a Sony Ericsson phone.

The “My City, My SM” contest, a joint project with The Philippine Star and with support from Sony Ericsson, is part of SM’s program to promote local culture.

Cooking contest

Meanwhile, SM City Rosales hosted Wonder Moms Cook Off cooking contest for mothers on Mother’s Day at the SM Food Court.

Two mothers, Rosalinda Carpio, a housewife from Urdaneta City, won over Vangie D. Padilla, a freelance web developer from Malasiqui.
