PALMAS Verdes, a flood-free residential subdivision in Bonuan Binloc, Dagupan City, owned and developed by Arcinue Development Corporation, will have its Clubhouse’ blessing and grand opening on April 9 Friday 4:30 pm.

Mayor Alipio Fernandez and Mrs. Gina de Venecia will lead the ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The clubhouse has facilities for homeowners’ parties and social events.
