Kudos to my brother (Dr.Antonio Rayos Sr. and Josie Luciano Rayos)
 proud parents of Tani. My brother 
is a newly minted Professor @ UP College of Veterinary Medicine with Masters degree and PhD. (doctorate in Theriogenolgy from Obihiro University, Hokkaido Japan.
 He was petitioned by our parents to immigrate to US but prefer a simple life in Los Banos, Laguna. 
As a govt. scholar he chooses to give back to the country that provides for his college education
 other than the love and support of his parents and siblings.
