RETURN THE CITY’S MONEY–Mayor Alipio Fernandez Jr. calls on Jose Mariano Cuna, the seller of the 30-hectare land in San Jacinto bought by the city government which was subsequently taken over by the Department of Agrarian Reform, to return the city government’s P16 M payment.  He made the call at the KBP Forum at the PIA Information Center at the Dagupan City Astrodome.
